We are seeking a killed HR Business Process Documentation Analyst for a temporary 4-month mission. This role is crucial in supporting the Global HR Operations function by meticulously documenting and standardizing HR business processes.

Missions
- Document HR Processes: Capture and detail end-to-end HR workflows and procedures.
- Create Process Maps: Develop and maintain process maps, task descriptions, risk matrices, and improvement logs.
- Standardize Documentation: Ensure all documentation follows best practices and is standardized.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with HR Operations, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and HRIS teams to gather insights and accurately document processes.
- Conduct Interviews: Participate in interviews and walkthroughs with local HR teams.
- Ensure Consistency: Align processes across regions and business units.
- Maintain Documentation Framework: Update documentation as HR policies and systems evolve.
- Recommend Improvements: Identify inefficiencies and suggest automation, simplification, or standardization.
- Ensure Compliance: Align HR processes with legal, regulatory, and internal policies.
Profil du candidat
- Experience: Proven experience in process documentation, HR operations, or business process analysis.
- Skills: Ability to translate complex HR processes into clear, structured documentation.
- Tools: Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
