As a CNC Polymechaniker - Turn/Grind you will:
Your tasks
- Mechanical processing of various engine and aircraft parts
- Precise work according to manufacturer and engineering documentation
- Document the work carried out
- Responsible for the independent control of the work carried out as well as its quality assurance
- Continuous improvement of the processes to be carried out with the aim of optimizing quality and safety
- Application of Lean Six Sigma (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis)
- Compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirements
- Environmentally conscious handling of operating resources
Your Profile
- Completed apprenticeship as a Polymechanic EFZ specializing in manufacturing
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a CNC Operator
- Knowledge and Experience in programming of control systems
- Proficient with use of machine tools and precision measuring instruments
- Aptitude to read blueprints, read/work from drawings
- Sense of responsibility in terms of safety, quality, performance, and costs
- Autonomous and accurate working abilities
- High reliability
- Willingness to work in 2 shifts
