<p><div><H3>How you can make an impact </H3></div><br>• Managing and leading complex Modernization, Revision and Repair Projects and leading the project team including internal partners, intercompany organizations, subcontractors, as well as external interfaces from the project kick-off until final takeover<br/>• Profit and loss responsibility for the allocated project by delivering the project within time, budget and cash targets in the required quality whilst optimizing the margin<br/>• Main point of contact for the customers regarding contractual, planning and commercial topics<br/>• Managing and leading of the internal and external project administration, the change management process as well as risk- and opportunity management<br/>• Leading of frequent project progress meetings during project execution and coordination between the involved departments<br/>• Periodic reporting of the project status and project results to the regional management board<br/>• Support of sales and tendering activities<br/>• Reduced travel activities</p><br><p><div><H3>How you will contribute </H3></div><br>• Universal degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent and further economic education<br/>• 5 Years of experience in managing challenging and complex projects in an international environment<br/>• Sound professional experience in the area of plant engineering or rolling stock business<br/>• Ability to manage the contract, identify scope creep and negotiate deviations and claims<br/>• Very good communication skills in English and German; any other additional languages is beneficial<br/>• Purposeful, structured and entrepreneurial thinking person<br/>• Team player with a high degree of ownership, sense of responsibility and assertiveness<br/>• Project Management Certification beneficial</p><br><p><b>Claudia Pich</b><br/>HR Business Partnerin<br/>T: +41 79 868 68 87</p><br><p>Stadler has been building trains for over 80 years.
