These Products would be within the Legal, Tax and Accounting Practice, Corporates segments along with the enabling functions – supporting the organization.Join our team today and you can bring your innovation, knowledge, and curiosity <a href="https://www.thomsonreuters.com/en/careers/our-jobs/technology.html#four" target="_blank">to create technology</a> that powers the world’s most informed professionals.About the RoleIn this opportunity as Senior Service Integration Analyst, you will: <ul><li>Deliver reliable process in support of TR's infrastructure and operations, assuring Service Provider Performance is meeting Technology and Business expectations across the application portfolio</li><li>Serve as an escalation point during any Integration / Onboarding concerns and issues related to CIO focal areas</li><li>Partner with security, data center, and service governance teams to deliver Service compliance with internal and external standards and expectations</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders such as business teams, product owners, and project management in defining Integration / Onboarding requirements</li><li>Effectively articulate complex problems, concepts, and solutions to varied audiences</li><li>Drive improvements in productivity, quality and reliability</li><li>Coordinate multiple small and/or medium size projects dealing with complex issues with guidance from management</li><li>Provide routine and ad hoc status updates and coordinate/facilitate meetings as needed</li><li>Interact with stakeholders (possibly international), team members, and management within or across organizations for the purpose of communication, collaboration, and influencing</li><li>Recommend process and tool improvements, review improvement proposals</li><li>Ensure that documented requirements meet quality standards.</li></ul>About YouYou’re a fit for the role of Senior Service Integration Analyst if you:<ul><li>Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology / Engineering or related discipline</li><li>Have 2-5 years of experience in Technology Management, Vendor Management, Software development and/or technology infrastructure and operations</li><li>Offer a broad range of skills and levels of understanding related to technology infrastructures such as Cloud, AI, Platforms, Networking & tools.</li><li>Have certification in ITSM, ITIL or Service Integration & Management Experience (beneficial)</li><li>Are a strong-minded, collaborative individual capable of developing a vision and roadmap to deliver it</li><li>Have strong supplier / partner / vendor management experience</li><li>Have strong stakeholder management skills</li><li>Have a continual improvement mindset</li></ul>#LI-AK2What’s in it For You?Join us to inform the way forward with the latest AI solutions and address real-world challenges in legal, tax, compliance, and news.
