CSL Vifor is looking for a Marketing Manager to be dedicated to our cardio-renal portfolio with product launches in nephrology (including rare disease indications). You will report to the Head of Sales & Marketing Cardio-Renal. Your responsibilities and tasks will be the following, but not limited to:
Responsibilities

To lead and deliver strategic & operational plans that will lead to growth of the brand within defined therapy areas
-
To lead and deliver efficient and effective marketing programmes that encourage increased use and growth of those brands within defined therapy areas
-
To lead the cross functional brand team
-
To support and comply with the Organisation’s duty of care obligations, in pharmacovigilance and medical information
-
To live and represent CSL Vifor values
Tasks
-
To support the development of the Nordic strategic brand plan
-
To construct and manage the annual Brand- and Operational plans and marketing budget in the Nordics
-
To initiate market research that will ensure there is a detailed understanding of market dynamics as well as patient, prescriber and payer attitudes
-
To support the development of detailed patient driven product forecasts that can be used for planning and manufacturing purposes
-
To ensure excellent internal communication of the Nordic brand plans
-
To ensure excellent marketing network and relationships with corporate and other affiliates
-
To work effectively with field based staff and provide high levels of responsiveness and support for local initiatives
-
To successfully manage those agencies that support the Nordic marketing efforts and ensure the highest quality work with maximum value for money
-
To lead and work effectively in cross-functional team
-
Play a proactive role in developing and managing relationships with key local KOLs and key stakeholders within Market Access
-
This position is both office based and field based due to its nature
The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge, or the equivalent.
Minimum Requirements
-
Scientific or Economics Degree (BSc, MSc, Ph.D., Pharm. D.)
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
-
Significant experience of strategic and operation planning for Hospital lead products
-
Proven track record of developing and implementing Operational plans for Hospital lead brands in at least one of the Nordic countries
-
Basic understanding of medical aspects of therapeutic area along with willingness to develop in-depth expertise
-
Professional level in English and Swedish, both in oral and in written communications
Preferred Requirements

>5 years industry experience in Hospital marketing roles
-
Experience in Nordic therapeutic areas (Cardio, Gastro, Renal, Obs/Gyn)

Previous experience as Brand Manager

Previous launch experience
-
Digital marketing experience
-
Experience of working with commercial teams
