We are looking for a Site Risk Management Partner who is structured, autonomous and impact driven to join us in our Bulle Site Support team, based in our site in Bulle, Switzerland.
About the role
The Risk Management Partner plays a crucial role by developing, promoting, and managing a pro-active risk management system to influence decision-making. The Risk Management Partner leads projects to continuously improve the risk management system and promoting a culture of risk excellence driven by impact. The implementation of business continuity plans (BCPs) plays a key part of the role.
Who you’ll work with
Reporting to the Head of Bulle Site Support, you will be part of a dynamic team of 5 colleagues who work on strategic programmes for the site.
What you’ll do
- Develop, maintain, and improve the site risk management system towards Risk Excellence in collaboration with the Group.
- Manage the site risks register and ensure regular follow-up with risk and mitigation plan owners.
- Provide support, education, and training to build risk awareness within the organization.
- Prepare reports and documentation about the risk management process and governance, and communicate to management
- Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans for the Bulle site, including regular reviews and tests.
- Support the coordination of other strategic programmes such as for example the Safety Excellence Programme with the Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) department.
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
- Master’s degree and around 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, in pharma or another regulated environment.
- Profound experience in risk and project management in a multinational company.
- Good understanding of enterprise and manufacturing processes
- Strong communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics, team player with open and pro-active mindset, sense of prioritization and resistant to stress.
- Knowledge of applicable Risk standards such as ISO 31000
- Fluent in French and English
