We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Performance Manager to lead and elevate our B2C commercial performance! In this high-impact role, you'll track, plan, and report on key targets, provide actionable insights on customer segments and revenue, and collaborate closely with various departments to drive strategic priorities. If you have a background in marketing or business administration, a knack for analyzing and presenting data, and a "Dare, Drive, Deliver" attitude, we want you on our team! Tasks:
- Being at the spotlight of understanding and driving commercial performance within B2C main brand
- Connecting the dots by deep-diving into specific areas while at the same time overlooking the main pillars and keeping strategic priorities in the focus
- Tracking, planning and reporting commercial performance on mid- and long-term targets, weekly and monthly reporting and KPI dashboards towards senior management
- Provide actionable insights on customer segments or specific initiatives driving commercial KPIs, revenue as well as maximize return
- Key stakeholder in specific planning circles such as budget and long-term planning
- Close collaboration with different departments within consumer (sales, product management, base management), finance and strategy
- Act as a team player and live an entrepreneurial spirit by owning projects, supporting various areas and enable transformation
Requirements:
- Business studies (bachelor's/master's degree) Marketing, business administration or comparable qualification
- Several years of experiences in marketing, business planning, commercial strategy or controlling
- Professional experience in Telecommunications, or related industries is a plus
- Excellent skills in analyzing and presenting data and creating actionable reports/action plans. High degree of self-organization and ability to prioritize work. Owns actions to reach targets
- Being able to derive insights into convincing presentation. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to report and persuade different levels, including senior management
- Dare, Drive, Deliver attitude. Motivation to make a difference and challenge the status quo. Entrepreneurial mindset. Can solve problems with limited amount of information and guidance
- Fluent in German and English
