The Senior Manager, Professional Services role is a challenging position characterized by varied responsibilities and mission critical demands. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and scaling a PS organization that is focused on positioning and delivering best-in-class services to all tiers of Tricentis Customers and System Integrators, ensuring they are setup for success and growth.
Responsibilities:

Together with your direct management team, lead the consulting & professional services practice and own the overall C & PS KPIs with your direct manager for the region.

Paint the vision for the wider organization to leverage the services organization to drive Customer & partner centricity which in turn results in revenue growth.

Lead the hiring and scaling of the C & PS organization, fostering a culture of continuous learning & improvement, and with a strong focus on leadership development.

Lead the team in developing creative solutions to complex challenges.

Own Services financial metrics, including Services backlog, revenue, and GM.

Ensure the PS organization is proactively supporting the sales organization.

Build strong relationships with senior management at customers, guiding high-value pursuit activities and positioning the organization as a trusted partner in their strategic initiatives.

Strategically manage and grow the regional PS Delivery partner ecosystem

Create Revenue and Margin improvement initiatives, focused on Recurring Revenue improvements as well as PS improvements.

Serve as a coach and mentor to managers and senior individual contributors, cultivating leadership skills across the organization.

Lead creation and evolvement of project delivery methodologies & associated testing best practices.
Qualifications:

15+ years of professional experience in the technology industry, with at least 5 years as a senior software services leader.

Demonstrated success in managing professional services teams with a focus on business growth, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

Experience scaling software services organizations, with a focus on driving growth through innovation and leadership.

Exceptional leadership qualities: a visionary leader with the ability to inspire, engage, and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture.

Experience in engaging with C-suite stakeholders and leading high-level discussions.

Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, PMI, Lean); relevant certifications are advantageous.

High emotional intelligence and people management skills: empathetic, patient, and able to navigate complex interpersonal situations with tact and diplomacy.
