The Undergraduate School at EHL oversees the academic journey of bachelor’s students, ensuring a high-quality educational experience rooted in hospitality excellence. It manages curriculum development, academic support, and student engagement throughout the program. The department works closely with faculty and industry partners to align learning with real-world expectations. Its mission is to shape well-rounded, globally minded professionals ready to lead in the service industry.

The missions of the Teaching Assistants are to support EHL courses, tutoring sessions and exam management. They also play an important role in being the first point of contact with our passionate students, facilitating their learning. Moreover, Teaching Assistants have an essential role in developing and representing the EHL Group, participating in several innovative projects and events, as well as fostering the connection between campuses, students, and alumni.

What will you do?
- You will be the first point of contact with our teachers and students.
- You will deliver and manage tutoring sessions.
- You will participate to the ongoing digitalization of courses to improve our student’s journey and experience.
- You will support Faculty members on the logistics of course preparation, grading and follow-up of practical exercises in class.
- You will ensure deadlines are met for exams and material submitted by students by updating the LMS pages.
- You will prepare and update course materials such as quizzes or videos to ensure the class runs smoothly.
Who you are?
- You have a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent in one of the fields mentioned above.
- You have recently graduated or are about to graduate.
- You are service oriented and passionate about improving and facilitating our students’ learning.
- You can work autonomously, and you feel at ease with presenting and public speaking.
- You have very good knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel) and you pay attention to details.
- You are open minded and proactive.
- You are available at a 100% rate.
- You have very good communication skills, with fluency in French, English or both depending of the topics.
