Regional Sales Administrative Associate
The incumbent will be responsible for preparation of reports and presentations for the Regional Sales Manager. She/he will
ensure administrative support and professional communication between the field force and other departments of the
Company.
As the Regional Sales Administrative Associate, you will:
- Monitor and manage office supplies and branch utility bills
- Manage and liquidate Branch Revolving Fund, inclusive of WIC and Branch Finance expenses
- Prepare for various sales and company meetings and events
- Assist in staff house requests for furniture, coordination for new occupants, etc.
- Assist in the purchase of branch/warehouse furniture
- Assist in travel bookings for various sales meetings
- Perform activities in support of the Distributor Manager
- Perform activities in support of various departments such as the Field Force Development Group. People & Culture, and Marketing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- At least 2 years relevant experience in office administration and management
- Proficiency in MS Office - PowerPoint, advance Excel, Word
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of sales & distribution, trade marketing and market research would be an
advantage
