MSC Cruises, the 3rd largest cruise operator globally, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Procurement and Logistics AMS Manager to join our dynamic and international team in Naples. The AMS (Application Management Services) Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of critical business applications, with a primary focus on the CrunchTime system. This role ensures system availability, addresses incidents and service requests promptly, and supports business continuity by driving application reliability and performance.
• Overseeing the maintenance and functionality of CrunchTime and the integration with other key business systems
• Address incidents and service requests to ensure business operations are not disrupted
• Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent recurring issues
• Lead a team of application support specialists, providing guidance and support to resolve escalated issues and implement improvements
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for system processes, configurations, and resolutions
• Point of contact for business units ensuring business needs and priorities are met
• Ensure all activities adhere to company policies, data security standards, and compliance requirements
• Provide reports on system performance, incidents, and improvement plans to leadership
• A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in application management, business analysis, or related field
• Strong Expertise in Supply Chain and Logistics processes, knowledge of CrunchTime, SAP MM, Esker or similar ERP/business-critical tools is a plus
• Knowledge of Service Now is a plus
• Proficient in incident management, problem-solving, and root cause analysis
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Teamworking and a proactive/results-driven approach to work
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
