Job description:
- Organising the agenda by planning and coordinating conference calls, and internal and external meetings of the Regional General Manager Central Europe
- Preparing minutes and ensuring the follow-up of actions
- Supporting with the organisation of internal events
- Assisting the Leadership Team with the organisation of events and roadshows for clients
- Supporting with the induction of new joiners
- Managing travel arrangements and expenses
- Facilitating daily administrative responsibilities
Required profile:
