The Undergraduate School Recruitment department at EHL Hospitality Business School is responsible for attracting and engaging prospective students worldwide. It develops and implements strategic initiatives, events, and partnerships to promote EHL’s undergraduate programs. The team leverages digital marketing, outreach activities, and personalized guidance to support candidates in their application journey. Through a strong international presence, it ensures a diverse and talented student body aligned with EHL’s values and excellence.

The Recruitment Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing recruitment events to attract prospective students to EHL. This includes overseeing key initiatives such as Open Days, Junior Academy programs, and EHL Meets across different regions. The role requires independent project management while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution. By delivering high-quality recruitment events, the coordinator contributes to enhancing EHL’s visibility and attracting top talent to the institution.
What will you do?
- Organize and manage recruitment events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Develop event schedules, timelines, and checklists to guarantee smooth execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and venues to secure necessary resources.
- Oversee invitations, registrations, and participant communications.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and communication strategies.
- Act as a key point of contact for participants, providing a welcoming and engaging experience.
- Maintain accurate records of event attendance, participant feedback, and performance metrics.
- Manage attendee lists and prepare post-event reports with insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- Track budgets and expense reporting for events.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, alumni, and educational institutions.
Who you are?
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- You have 1-2 years of experience in event coordination, project management, or hospitality (internships included).
- You have strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a high level of autonomy.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
- You have the ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
- You are proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with event management tools is a plus.
- You have knowledge in CRM and digital systems.
- You have the flexibility to work occasional weekends and flexibility to travel for regional events.
- You have a passion for hospitality, education, and creating memorable experiences.
- You are bilingual English and French.
