The Strategic Project department is in charge of driving the definition & implementation of the EHL group strategy. It notably supports the coordination of key transversal initiatives across the various segments and functions of the group to ensure efficient & effective deployment of the strategy.

The Digital Transformation Manager will play a pivotal role to drive effective digital transformation within the institution, coordinating various strategic initiatives. The Digital Transformation Manager will support the Executive Leaderships in the definition of the digital strategy. She/he will ensure its efficient and effective implementation through alignment and collaboration across multiple departments on streams related to Digital Learning Solutions, Digital Experience (Campus, communication) and Digital Tools.
What will you do?
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance the institution's digital ecosystem.
- Act as a trusted digital advisor to the CEO and executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations to improve digital capabilities and business outcomes.
- Coordinate between Digital Learning Solutions, Digital Experience, and Digital Tools teams to ensure alignment on goals and projects.
- Oversee progress and benefits realization of digital transformation projects, providing regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor emerging educational technologies, identify industry developments, and analyze their adoption potential.
- Support department heads in driving change management, ensuring engagement and buy-in for the digital transformation's implications.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across departments, gathering input and feedback to inform project direction.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the success of digital projects.
Who you are?
- You have a master’s degree in digital Transformation, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
- You have expertise in education technologies and learning design, leveraging digital tools such as AI, VR/AR, gaming, and engagement platforms to enhance learning experiences.
- You have experience in the implementation of experiential digital product or services, with strong customer-centricity.
- You excel in strategic project management, ensuring the successful delivery of complex initiatives.
- You are experienced in process optimization and framework implementation.
- You are organizationally aware and adept at navigating cross-functional collaborations.
- You are a strategic thinker with excellent decision-making capabilities.
- You possess strong problem-solving skills and maintain a growth mindset in tackling challenges.
- You are fluent in French and English (C2).
