In this role, you’ll be joining the Talent, Learning, Engagement, & Diversity team, reporting to the Assistant Director, Learning and Development. The team is responsible for setting the strategy and standards for Recruitment, Performance, Talent and Engagement as well as running comprehensive Learning & Development programs. It’s an exciting and dynamic remit as in addition to our ongoing activities, we always have exciting projects to develop and implement that have a direct impact on the employees’ experience and belonging. We are a small but dynamic and passionate team and we have a big customer base and a big agenda for 2024! We can promise that there will never be a dull day! Your day-to-day responsibilities would include:
You have strong organizational, are detailed oriented and customer focused. You must enjoy working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment; can prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Administratively, we are looking for somebody who has excellent organizational and administrative skills that is proactive and prepares well ahead of deadlines – anticipating the needs of the team, and tenaciously following up ensuring every detail is addressed and nothing is overlooked! You’ll need to use that attention to detail to help managing the learning operations.
You will also support to market and promote our learning programs so strong communication skills, experience in video editing and at ease with technology and social media will be a plus.
Academically, we want somebody who has excelled in their field, and may have some experience of HR or Managing Logistics and Operations. Too succeed in this role you will need to be fluent in English, written and spoken and since we are an international organization, knowing any other languages is always a plus.
You will also need to have passion for customer service as we really care about our employees’ experience.
