Für unseren Empfang des Notfallzentrums suchen wir per 1. Juni 2025 oder nach Vereinbarung eine Mitarbeiterin Notfallempfang.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Empfang der Patientinnen und Patienten und erste Patiententriage
- Patientenadministration und allgemeine administrative Arbeiten
- Betreuung von Angehörigen und Kundenkontakt am Telefon
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Mitarbeitenden des Notfallzentrums
Ihr Profil
- Medizinisch-pflegerische Grundausbildung (Pflegefachperson HF, Fachperson Gesundheit oder Medizinische Praxisassistentin) und entsprechende Berufserfahrung
- Hohe Fach-, Sozial und Kommunikationskompetenz
- Motivation in einem anspruchsvollen Umfeld mit rasch wechselnden Situationen zu arbeiten
- Bereitschaft flexible Arbeitseinsätze zu leisten (Wochenend-, Tag-/Abend- und Nachtdienste)
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
