Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving sales success? As a Channel Coordination Manager Sales, you'll be the central force aligning sales channels, strategy, and performance to achieve ambitious revenue goals. This dynamic role puts you at the heart of cross-functional collaboration, where you'll design impactful sales strategies, coordinate key stakeholders, and present valuable insights to senior management. Tasks:
- Collaborate with sales channels to achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals by implementing actionable plans that align with strategic objectives and enhance performance
- Manage and align sales channels on strategic objectives and tactical measures, ensuring consistency with the company's sales goals and customer experience priorities
- Design and implement effective strategies for selling products through various sales channels
- Act as the central point of coordination between Acquisition, Sales Channels and Performance/Analytical Team, facilitate meetings to align key stakeholders
- Develop and present insights to provide transparency and clarity to senior management, supporting informed decision-making
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to uncover new business opportunities and recommend competitive strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- +5 years of experiences in sales or channel management, business planning or project management
- Professional experience in Telecommunications, or related industries is a plus
- Strong leadership in project management, and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to report and persuade different levels, including senior management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluent in German and English
