The Client Development team is dedicated to driving the firm's growth, enhancing its market presence and enabling PwC to thrive in a competitive business landscape. They identify and capitalise on business development opportunities, analyse market trends, assess potential clients, and develop strategies to position PwC's services effectively. The team also plays a crucial role in cultivating client relationships.
Your Impact
• Design, implement and manage learning programs, learning pathways and (digital) learning solutions.
• Act as subject matter expert, provide advice and solutions, coordinate the optimum delivery of L&D services including improvements, new process designs, etc. as and when required and ensure quality of the services provided.
• Translate business and people strategy into L&D offerings, lead execution and L&D agenda in alignment with global initiatives, other LCD and HC topics.
• L&D Key Account Manager (KAM) Role for Tax and Legal (TLS) - contact person for L&D Partner and learning champions from TLS.
• Contribute to implement skill management program and engage stakeholder in skill management solutions.
• Senior stakeholder management and alignemnt, e.g. HC LoS Leaders and Business Leaders.
• Act as subject matter key contact person and advises business and HC.
Your Experience
• Master or Graduate degree (preferably economics or psychology), further educatinon on development of learning offerings for adults i.e. SVEB
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in a professional services environment.
• Relevant experience / knowledge about Learning Technology tools.
• Strong communication Skills (e.g. presentation skills, presence, active listening) and collaborations Skills (e.g. team-oriented, ability to build trust, reliability, inclusive behaviour, networking skills, negotiation skills).
• Fluent in English, German and/or French a plus.
• Experience with leadership, retention, development of Employees/Teams (e.g. organisational, coordination and delegation skills, inspiration).
