You will be delivering customized demos and presentations, conducting training and webinars, and providing technical advice and support for customers.</p><p>This position can be based in Madrid or remotely from Barcelona area.</p><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Be Doing:</b></p><ul><li>Work processes in the Enterprise environment. System and working methods.</li><li>Creation of documents about the progress on the job and achieved results.</li><li>Checking the correct performance of the installed equipment.</li><li><span>Meetings organization with customers to showcase the solutions about Fortinet SD-WAN.</span></li><li>Installation, configuration, and maintenance of the equipment.</li><li>Evaluation of the equipment and systems.</li><li>Installation or cooperation in the installation of the systems.</li><li>Analysis of the correct performance on the assigned tasks.</li><li>Troubleshooting.</li><li>Creation of technical documents.</li><li>Attention to the specifications requested by clients in terms of requirements.</li><li>Creation of guidance for the resolution of the specific problems in the configuration.</li><li>Conducting trainings.</li><li>Realization of models to show solutions and demos to clients.</li><li>Carrying out proofs of concept appropriate to the client's needs.</li><li>Making presentations of customized solutions to clients.</li></ul><p><b>What Are We Looking For:</b></p><ul><li>Knowledge of Fortinet SD-WAN solution.</li><li>Experience with Fortinet products, especially FortiGate and hand-on exposure to network management and security operations in FortiManager.
