As an Export Model Countries Transportation Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
- Leading transportation related activities by Improving freight performance continuously to ensure high quality delivery service to end customers
- Implementing standard operational processes across locations and geographies to ensure end to end performance
- Monitoring carrier performance and developing improvement plans
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Experience in international transport management
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Strong communication skills to work cross functionally with a variety different function and partners
- Multi-Cultural Mindset
- Team player and collaborative skills
- Solid analytical skills
- Proficient in SAP
- Fluent in English
Role Location:
- Primary location: COE Langenthal, Switzerland
- Additional locations: all EMEA
- Work your Way eligible
- Relocation: Not authorized
Travel: May include up to 20% international
