An exciting opportunity exists for a talented Human Resources Intern to join our luxury travel brand Explora Journeys and to support our HR team with administrative tasks and processes. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations within a fast-paced, international environment. This role is based in the office out of our Headquarters in Geneva.
• Manage time records, work certificates, attestations, and leaver reports.
• Prepare induction packs, distribute documents, and handle administrative tasks like business cards, work permits, and parking contracts.
• Help maintain HR systems and employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Contribute to the creation and delivery of internal communication materials, such as newsletters, announcements, or presentations.
• Collaborate on engagement initiatives, such as employee events, surveys, or recognition programs.
• Assist in the coordination of training and development activities, including scheduling and feedback collection.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
• Must have internship convention/agreement with University
• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of French or other languages is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn about HR functions in a global organization.
• Passionate about luxury hospitality and creating exceptional employee experiences.
• Starting from July / August 2025
