We are looking for a Junior Paralegal to strengthen our Legal department in Madrid.
Kepler Cheuvreux's Legal Department covers and oversees the Group’s overall contractual and legal matters in all the countries where Kepler Cheuvreux operates.

YOUR TASKS:
As part of our travel desk department, we are looking for a Travel Desk Assistant (starting as soon as possible) to strengthen our team.
This is a hybrid position that can be done from our office in Madrid as well as the comfort of your home. You need to have an excellent internet connection so that you can assist the other members of the department organizing travel arrangements for all employees worldwide:
- You ensure the reservation of all plane and train tickets and hotel nights, in accordance with group guidelines.
- You are looking for cost optimization solutions while preserving employee comfort.
- You preserve the interests of the group by checking the suitability of travel programs with requests.
- You keep the travel database up to date.
- You are responsible for reconciling, verifying, and allocating the expenses you incur.
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:
- License in Tourism or equivalent ;
- Very good level of English: you must be able to correspond with the group's employees, hotel professionals and transport companies.
- 2 to 3 years of experience ;
- Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus preferable)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access)
- Methodical, organised, and rigor in the work provided.
- Diplomatic and composure: you must comply with the group's cost guidelines and at the same time be able to get employees to accept them.
- Being an advocate of customer service.
- Flexible and autonomous.
- Being able to work under pressure, prioritize and manage stressful situations.
