Job description
- Overseeing and driving technology developments
- Leading the implementation ofcrop untargeted transcriptomic approaches including ML models for diagnostic and prediction and bioinformatics
- Establishing ad-hoc molecular assays to accelerate innovation and delivery
- Being accountable for scientific experimental program(s)
- Carrying out routine and complex experiments fully independent (including experimental design, method development and data analysis)
- Solving difficult experimental problems
- Being an expert in plant physiology and molecular biology; potentially participating in or leading expert networks

Qualifications
- PhD in Agronomy, Biology, or related life science field, or equivalent practical experience
- Fluent English (B2-C1 level), both written and spoken
- Proven ability to work effectively in global cross-functional teams and lead internal/external projects
- Strong interdisciplinary networking and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills, promoting transparency and open feedback
