In this highly visible role you will provide quality and IT site services and contribute to transforming and continuously improving Syngenta's IT infrastructure. You will also manage IT services budget and costs. You will be the face of IT to all colleagues including the Leadership teams based on sites at Huddersfield and Grangemouth manufacturing sites, helping colleagues navigate IT and providing broad IT infrastructure expertise to local teams.
You will lead the change management journey relating to IT initiatives, onboarding functional line management to effectively sponsor change accelerate adoption of new technologies and ways of working.
In addition you will be a member of a global infrastructure guild and enjoy exciting opportunities to grow professionally and continuously learn in-demand skills e.g. network & collaboration technology or end user computing and have the opportunity lead IT transformation projects across the Europe region.

At the Huddersfield Manufacturing Centre we make important Crop Protection products that are used in over 120 countries worldwide. These products help our growers to meet the ever-increasing demand for food, feed and fuel, and our talented & dedicated teams make this possible.

- Up-to-date expertise in operational IT service and/or technology delivery, quality management, operations and strategy development.
- Awareness of current best practice in service / application management and experience in a delivery management / service management role
- Experience in project and stakeholder management
- Relevant Microsoft/Cisco/ITIL degree or project management qualifications (e.g., Prince2, Agile)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in diverse teams
