Junior Service Delivery Manager in Bern

Your Experience
- Interface regularly with external and internal teams. Externally: Customer’s commercial and technical teams, connectivity Suppliers. Internally: Sales Team, Financial Team, IPX Engineers, etc.
- Managing projects related to Implementation of Comfone Services and changes to already implemented services
Your profile
- High commitment and strong customer focus
- Education in one of the following areas: IT, Telecom, Finance
- Proactive approach and project management skills
- Work experience in Telecom (Mobile Operator, IP Transport Provider) is a plus
- Knowledge about Roaming (technical, administrative, commercial parts) is a plus
- Fluent in spoken and written English, extra languages are a plus
- Swiss or EU/EFTA citizen (with a work permit B or C)
