Ihre Aufgaben:
- Erarbeitung von Grobkostenschätzungen, Kostenschätzungen sowie Kostenvoranschläge für Neu- und Umbauten
- Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung in der Akquisitionsphase
- Mithilfe in der Entwurfs- und Konzeptphase
- Unterstützung der Projektteams in verschiedenen Belangen mit ihrem Fachwissen
- Auswerten der Projekte mittels Kostenkennwerten
Ihr Profil:
- Grundausbildung als Hochbauzeichner/in mit Weiterbildung in der Architektur HTL/FH, Bauleitung oder als Hochbautechniker/in TS
- Belastbare, teamfähige und pflichtbewusste Persönlichkeit
- Plan - und Qualitätsverständnis sowie Kalkulationserfahrung
- Kenntnisse der SIA-Normen, Gesetze und Vorschriften in der Baukunde
- Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse
