For our client, a renowned private bank based in Geneva, we are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for a wide range of banking positions across front, middle, and back office.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring recruitment needs are met with high-quality talent in a timely manner.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth recruitment process and an excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and efficient workflows.
- Employer Branding: Strengthen the bank’s positioning as an employer of choice through targeted recruitment strategies, digital outreach, and an effective internal referral program.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to refine talent strategies.
- Process Improvement: Continuously optimize recruitment methodologies, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Agency Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with recruitment agencies, ensuring alignment with the bank’s hiring needs.
Key Competencies:
- Experience: Proven track record in recruitment within banking or financial services, with experience hiring across all business functions (front, middle, and back office).
- Communication & Advisory Skills: Ability to engage and influence hiring managers, providing market insights and recruitment best practices.
- Candidate-Centric Approach: Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to contribute to talent acquisition strategies and employer positioning.
- Vendor Management: Experience working with external recruitment agencies, ensuring effective collaboration and performance monitoring.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in recruitment within the financial sector.
- Languages: Fluent in both French and English.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Swiss labor regulations and banking industry dynamics.
