Connectivity Business Manager
Your responsibilities:
As Connectivity Business Manager you will be the bridge between our Customers and our Suppliers. You will primarily focus on Connectivity customers by being responsible for all commercial related requests. In this role you will work closely together with our Retention Sales Team. Together with Sales you will attend customer meetings both virtual and onsite to ensure our customer’s needs and expectations.
In this role you will be both working with customers that are either a new logo or exist for longer time.
You will manage global carriers associated with price negotiations, contract negotiations and commercials escalations, including periodic performance discussions to ensure the procurement teams and provisional teams of high quality and to meet Open System’s commercial, strategic and operational needs.
In this role you will find yourself performing the following duties:
- Be the external and internal reference for specific Connectivity customers.
- Act as escalation point for any business-related request (commercial, ordering, billing, etc.) made to both customers and suppliers.
- Act as a broker between our suppliers and customers to establish further business relations.
Compile information and collaborate with internal teams in the assessment of commercial, technical, operational, legal, regulatory & financial environment.
Your qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent experience in Global Telecommunications - Proven experience in customer success and/or customer service-oriented working environments.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Telecommunications, Project Management and Customer service.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of network offerings such as SD WAN, Cloud and the MPLS segment.
- Fluent in English (German is preferred)
