Associate License Administration Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Creation and administration of licenses and customer objects in internal databases
• Direct / active contact with new customers after signing a contract
• Solution of customer inquiries via email and telephone
• Targeted tracking and analysis of inquiries
• Development of innovative and efficient processes, both internally and for customers
• Basic project work
• Internal communication through various departments and all hierarchical levels

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in support or in a comparable role with customer contact
• Customer-oriented way of working and a sense of responsibility
• Experience in contracting and business administration is a plus
• Knowledge of licensing technologies is an advantage
• Technical and analytical understanding & hands on mentality
