Job Description
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to engineering teams.
- Review and approve engineering designs, specifications, and documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing engineering projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance, training, and performance reviews.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Recruit and hire talented engineering professionals.
- Develop and manage engineering budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure product and service excellence.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
- Identify and address quality issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments.
- Work closely with other departments, such as manufacturing, operations, and sales, to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or a related field.
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) preferred.
- Several years of experience in engineering roles, including project management and team leadership.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in relevant engineering software and tools.
