We are looking for a committed employee to join the Dermatology Clinic and the associated research group at the University Hospital Basel, the University of Basel, and the Department of Biomedicine starting April 1, 2025, or by agreement.
Your position
- Organizing appointments and scheduling agendas
- Independently handling organizational and administrative tasks, such as preparing and coordinating lectures, courses, meetings, conferences, and congresses
- Updating programs, preparing materials and handouts
- Organizing rooms and catering
- Assisting researchers and physicians in the preparation and submission of medical or scientific manuscripts, grant applications, and study projects requiring ethics committee approval
- Creating content for social media and teaching materials
- Maintaining and updating our website
- Communicating with science journalists
Your profile
- Excellent organizational skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Experience with social media and creating visual content
- Vocational and functional training with a certificate (e.g., Medical Secretary, Administrative Specialist, or equivalent qualification) and relevant professional experience
