Work location would be Geneva but with our hybrid working model, it is possible to work remote (from home or from another EY office in Switzerland).
Your key responsibilities
- You work in global teams on international projects/consulting assignments with a focus on immigration (and international social security) and work closely with colleagues abroad
- Our clients and their employees rely on your advice on all questions that arise from an immigration law perspective when sending international employees
- You develop solutions in a complex, international environment; You advise and support managers on immigration issues
- Your daily work also includes working with Global Mobility and human resources departments, tax and social security specialists, expatriates, and authorities
Skills and attributes for success
- A recognized diploma (federal, bachelor's or master's degree) in Law, Economics or equivalent
- Ideally, you have a first experience in the area of immigration law or have learned about relevant topics in your field of studies
- An excellent level of French and English
- A strong analytical mind and the ability to combine method and rigor
- A true teammate, willing to invest yourself in a team on the long run
