Quality Analyst

This role is part of Innovation Development Centre.

The role is responsible to generate, analyze and interpret key quality data – in support of check to specification of R&D prototypes, categorization of novel materials and products and mapping performance of new and existing prototyping technologies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Fully proficient in completing tasks or activities associated with the receipt, preparation, and analysis of associated prototypes.
• Fully proficient in data analysis / statistical tools.
• Competent to calibrate & operate laboratory equipment according to SOP’s/Methods, operating to the principles of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP / ISO 9001).
• Support the development of new working procedures within the existing Quality Lab structure, methods or working practices for management approval.
• Contribute to technical and/or laboratory reports / presentations.

What are we looking for?

• Previous and relevant quality control/assurance experience.
• Good IT literacy with knowledge of lab-based software (e.g., LIMS or equivalent).
• Relevant technical experience resulting in a thorough knowledge of good laboratory practice, principles of sample preparation, measurement & analysis, and relevant experience in measurement & analytical techniques.
• Good communication & planning skills with ability to work individually and in a team environment.
• 1st degree level and/or equivalent experience in a scientific degree.
