Position Summary
In this short-term mission, you will support the Financial reporting team on a project. The project you will be responsible for will involve the transferring of content of source documents (in MS Word Format) into the team's Digital Guidelines Sharepoint site.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for developing clear layouts and structure of the source documents, to facilitate the accurate content transfer
- You will create the structure of the SharePoint site including the different pages, sub-headings etc. to align with the chapters, sections and subsections of the source documents
- You will ensure any needed formatting (i.e. bold, italic, underline) to the body of the text is manually applied to the SharePoint site in order to replicate the original document’s structure and layout
- You will recreate any content that cannot be copied (i.e. tables, flowcharts) on the SharePoint site
- You will review the accuracy of replicated content by cross-referencing with the original source documents and conduct testing of the published parts to ensure all content meets the required standards for quality and accuracy
- You will address any errors or required changes identified during the review process promptly and efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- Advanced competencies in English is a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and SharePoint is essential
- You differentiate yourself with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with content management systems and digital documentation practices is a plus
