Position Overview 

We are looking for an AI Developer with strong software development skills and experience in industry, to support the Big Data Technologies team in building scalable data-driven software services.  

You will:  

• Timely and highest-quality delivery of our software solutions, including proof of capability to address client’s use cases, implementation, and integration into client’s infrastructure. 

• Leveraging efficient, large scale data analytics, AI and/or optimization to create new solutions, with focus on finance.  

You bring:  

• 2-3 years in AI development experience, preferably in Financial Services sector 

• You hold a master's or PhD in Computer Science / Mathematics / Physics / Statistics / Engineering 

• You have software engineering & development experience in:  

•  Python 

•  Java 

•  generative AI 

• Language models (NLP, LLM) and related frameworks (HuggingFace, GPT, Pytorch, Tensorflow et alt.) 

• Voice integration 

• Standard AI / Machine Learning background 

• GUI packages like REACT, TKInter et alt 

• Strong prototyping skills; other important requirements:  

• End2end view, including client related and go2market activities.  

You are:  

• Fluent in English & German 

• You are a self starter, with strong communication and presentations skills.  

• Eligible to live and work in Switzerland
