Leveraging our parent company MSC Group’s hundreds of years of maritime expertise, our fleet of six luxury ships (four currently in the pipeline) are being built and designed in a totally different and unique way that will transform and redefine the cruise experience, creating a category of its own, appealing to the next generation of luxury travellers.
An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and detail-oriented Trade Marketing Intern to join our newly created luxury travel brand Explora Journeys and to support the Global Trade Marketing Lead in coordinating and organizing various initiatives to drive brand awareness and partner engagement in the luxury cruise sector. This role is based in the office out of our Headquarters in Geneva.
• B2B platform maintenance-content updates & metrics reporting
• Reactive Trade content creation-manage requests via Salesforce & creative agency
• DAM management-ensure Trade content updates on Bynder
• Trade Merchandising Kits- launch Agency & Independent Travel agent toolkit via creation, forecasting & ordering
• Budget reporting-tracking the corporate budget, collaborating with finance team
• Must have internship convention/agreement with University
• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, preferably in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
• Passion for the travel industry and an interest in luxury cruises.
• Previous internship or experience in marketing or events coordination is a plus.
• Starting from July / August 2025
