The mission of the Sustainable Hospitality Services department is to manage all activities associated with the acquisition, renovation, and daily operation of the EHL facilities. It is also involved in the development of EHL campuses.
The Sustainable Hospitality Services department is seeking to strengthen its team with a talented professional who is aligned with our leadership principles: transparency, accountability, collaboration, care, and experimentation.
What you will do ?
As one of the first points of contact for guests , the Reception team has a mission to assure each visitor or caller receives an excellent welcome, in-line with EHL values. The Reception officer must have a good knowledge of EHL and its services and have excellent communication skills to assist clients with various requests related to the business, events and housing.
As a Reception Officer you will:
- Welcome and assist the students, external visitors and staff.
- Reply to and transfer incoming calls from the EHL telephone central.
- Follow room reservations, check in / out , key cards and payments for guests.
- Assist in the organization in the rooms inventory of the campus and other administrative tasks.
- Sell various small items at the Reception.
- Support internal and external customer inquiries and emails relating to Front and Back office of the Reception and Housing sector.
- Be the point of information for all internal and external guests.
Who you are ?
- You have a CFC or an equivalent formation in the hospitality field.
- You have 2 years of experience and at least 1 year in a similar position.
- You are at ease with informatics tools such as outlook, booking platforms and a good understanding of telephone systems.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are a flexible, proactive, autonomous and polite person.
- You have good diplomatic skills and are a team player.
- You are fluent in English and in French.
