- Bedienen der Presse / Schäumanlage unter Beachtung der Qualitätsvorschriften
- Einrichten gemäss Einrichtdatenblätter und Anweisung
- Vorarbeiten von Formen, Werkzeugen, Lehren und Material
- Eine handwerkliche Grundausbildung
- Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
- Exakte Arbeitsweise
- Flexibilität und eine rasche Auffassungsgabe
- Bereitschaft für Schichtarbeit (Tag & Nacht)
