We are seeking a highly motivated Strategy Intern – Organisational Development to support our team in analysing, designing, and implementing strategic initiatives aimed at improving organisational effectiveness, culture, and employee engagement. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic planning, change management, and workforce development, while also leveraging key consulting skill sets such as problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management.
• Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, best practices, and emerging methodologies in organisational development.
• Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives focused on workforce planning, talent development, and culture transformation.
• Assist in collecting and analysing data to measure the effectiveness of organisational strategies and HR interventions, applying data-driven problem-solving techniques.
• Utilise strategic frameworks to structure problems, identify insights, and recommend actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor organisational change efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and executive-level recommendations that effectively communicate key insights and strategic options.
• Support stakeholder engagement by assisting in workshops, training sessions, and communication campaigns related to organisational initiatives.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency within the organisation, applying a consultant’s mindset to problem-solving.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, structure complex challenges, and provide insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualisation tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with strategic frameworks (e.g., SWOT analysis, Porter’s Five Forces, Balanced Scorecard) is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment with an agile, consultant-like approach.
