LINE MANAGER: Head of Learning, Development & Talent Management
Enable the design and drive the deployment of talent management policies and processes for global population across Cruise Division of MSC Group. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, nurture, and retain top talent while fostering employee growth, engagement, and career development.
• Collaborate with the Head of Learning, Development, and Talent Management and the wider HR team to design and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning and talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Coordinate career development programmes that align employee aspirations with business objectives.
• Conduct skills gap analyses and recommend targeted learning interventions to bridge identified gaps.
• Partner with HRBPs and leadership teams to identify high-potential employees and support their development through customised learning plans and mentoring programmes.
• Support performance management processes by aligning training objectives with performance outcomes.
• Facilitate programmes that enhance engagement and growth, including graduate programme to attract, develop, and retain early-career talent.
• Support coordination of other L&D activities as and when required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Training & Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years experience of working in a corporate L&D or Talent function
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and other languages would be a plus.
• Certification in Competencies/Behavioural Assessment would be a plus.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry would be advantageous.
• Experience in talent management initiatives, such as workforce planning, competency mapping, or succession planning.
• Proven ability to identify and nurture potential in individuals to align with organisational goals.
• Familiarity with Talent Management digital solutions, including the integration and application of AI-driven tools and technologies in talent development and management processes.
• Strategic thinking with a focus on aligning talent initiatives to business outcomes.
• A natural problem solver with a strong attention to detail, consistency, and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of team members and stakeholders from all business areas.
