TheInternationalOlympicCommittee(IOC)istheguardianoftheOlympicGames,theOlympicPropertiesandtheleaderoftheOlympicMovement.Atrulyglobalorganisation,itactsasacatalystforcollaborationbetweenallOlympicstakeholders,includingtheathletes,theNationalOlympicCommittees(NOCs),theInternationalSportsFederations(IFs),OrganisingCommitteesfortheOlympicGames(OCOGs),theWorldwideOlympicPartnersandMediaRights-Holders.Italsoworkswithpublicandprivateauthorities,includingtheUnitedNationsandotherinternationalorganisations.

Coordinatethedeliveryoftheeducationprogrammeforathletesandtheirentourage–YouthOlympicGamesDakar2026

Coordinate,withintheIOC,thedeliveryoftheactivationsandcontentofanimpactfulandmeaningfulAthleteEducationProgrammeaimedatathletesandtheirentourage.

Supportthedevelopmentofanathletes’availabilitymatrixtoensurethatallathletescompetingatDakar2026haveenoughtimetocompletetheeducationprogrammeduringtheirstay.

Liaisewithinternalandexternalstakeholdersforthelocalimplementation.

PlanthenecessarydailyathleteeducationactivitiesincollaborationwiththeYOGOC,includinglocalculturalactivities.

Coordinatethedeliveryofthedesigncreationoftheathleteeducationareas.

LiaisewiththerespectiveIOCdepartmentstoensureacentralisedandcoordinatedoperation.

CoordinatetherelationshipwiththevariousagenciesworkingonthedeliveryoftheAthleteEducationProgramme.

LiaisewiththerelevantYOGOCfunctionsforimplementationoftheareasintheYouthOlympicVillage.

CoordinatetheshipmentofrelevantmaterialwiththerespectiveIOCdepartmentsandexternalstakeholders.

Assistwiththeorganisationandrunningofmeetingswithkeystakeholders,internaldepartmentsandexternalserviceproviders.

Performeverydayadministrativetasks:preparingvariousreports,correspondence,expenseformsanddocuments,filing,orderingsupplies,etc.
Inordertobeeligibleforthisroleyouneed:

Furthereducation(master’sorbachelor’sdegree,federaldiploma,etc.)orprofessionalexperiencedeemedequivalent.

Minimumoftwoyears’experienceinthesportsindustryorrelatableexperienceinasimilarfield.

EnglishorFrenchmothertongue,withexcellentdomainoftheotherlanguage.
