Our client seeks a Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for delivering core banking solutions. This role involves leading workshops, defining specifications, and supporting project phases from requirement gathering to deployment.

Description
- Lead engagement with clients/business to gather, analyze, refine, and document business requirements.
- Analyze customer business requests and translate them into functional specifications.
- Lead workshops, brainstorming sessions, and joint development workshops.
- Work with Technical Experts to ensure full accountability of Product Detailed Specifications (PDS).
- Provide clarifications to the project team during the development phase.
- Arrange and chair meetings with business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Recommend changes to business processes to align with Core Banking System processes.
- Own artifacts and collaborative documentation across all project phases.
- Contribute to the development of project plans by providing workload estimates.
- Prepare and perform functional testing to support UAT.
- Contribute to post Go-live checks covering core and external systems impacted.
- Support clients throughout project phases (requirement gathering, tests, deployment, presentations).
- Define and develop various services around/for the products.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial technology sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in leading workshops and brainstorming sessions.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into functional specifications.
- Familiarity with core banking systems and processes.
- Experience in preparing and performing functional testing.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work closely with technical experts and project teams.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
