We are seeking a dedicated Business Process Analyst to seamlessly connect our business units and corporate IT. As a crucial interface and driver of efficiency, you'll ensure our business processes are mapped to technical solutions with sustainability, consistency, and simplicity.
Business Process Analyst - Contracting 80-100% (m/w/d)
Activities
- Identification, recommendation, development and implementation of Contracting process improvements to boost operational efficiency
- Coordination of the entities involved (departments such as IT, Finance, Marketing, etc.) in the business process in terms of continuous process maintenance, review, simplification, and quality assurance
- Develop and continuously optimize workflows according to legal requirements, regulatory requirements, corporate governance, and best practice frameworks
- Creation and maintenance of process documents, workflows, charts, instructions, training materials, and other support documentation
- Development, documentation, and execution of training content regarding existing, new, or changed processes and their execution in the ERP systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, gather business requirements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to validate data accuracy and reliability
- Support multiple business analysis projects concurrently, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business process analysis
Requirements
- Master or bachelor's degree ideally in Business, Contracting or a related discipline
- Over 5 years of verified experience in business process analysis in the field of Contracting
- Operational responsibility in the area of Contracting, such as acting as a department head or team lead, are highly advantageous
- Preferably experience in ERP implementation programs, for example as process manager, power user, or other related leading positions
- Strong professional experience and proven track record in process documentation, standardization, globalization and rollout into organizations, both on corporate and on local level
- Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality
- High level of autonomy, pragmatism and a 'can do' attitude
- Full proficiency in English
