An exciting opportunity exists for a talented Revenue Management Intern to join our newly created luxury travel brand Explora Journeys and support the Revenue Management and Pricing team with their daily tasks. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with an analytical mindset who is comfortable working with statistics. The position is based at our headquarters in Geneva.
• Work closely with headquarters departments to prepare the Weekly Business Review Meeting presentation and provide comprehensive meeting minutes to all attendees.
• Assist in coordinating and developing new promotions in collaboration with the Setup, Sales, Marketing, and Digital teams.
• Conduct ad hoc benchmark analyses on various aspects of the luxury cruise industry, including offers, capacity, terms & conditions, pricing, and itineraries.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups as needed.
• Develop reports and tools related to Revenue Management and Pricing.
• Must have internship convention/agreement with University
• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, preferably in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
• Strong interest in analytics, pricing, revenue management, and commercial strategy.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of French or other European languages is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong Excel skills being a significant advantage.
• Proactive mindset with a positive "can-do" attitude, keen attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
