Test Stream Lead in the ROC Core Programme being responsible for the testing strategy, approach and execution for the delivery of the entire programme testing scope. To provide guidance on tools, methods and processes to support the programme in achieving its goal. Being an instrumental part in the creating, planning and execution of the test plan.

Definition of test processes within the programme

Provisioning of tools and methods to support the test process across the programme
-
Ensure processes are used and where needed optimized in order to best support the programmes needs
-
Coordinate business stakeholders, testing teams and automated testing
-
Collaborate with project teams and users to execute and manage all testing cycles
-
Responsible for resource and capacity planning within the Test Stream of the ROC Core Programme
YOUR PROFILE
Competencies:
-
At least 10 years of experience in leading teams or being in a management position
-
At least 10 years of experience in the area of Test Management
-
Several years of work experience in a similar capacity in the financial industry
-
Extended experience on agile testing approach
-
Expert on test processes and topics around quality management and quality assurance
-
Experienced in leading process changes into an organisation
-
Good knowhow on usage of testing tools like Tosca, Cucumber, Selenium, JIRA Xray, Sonar Qube or similar
-
Deep understanding of CI/CD pipeline and its automation technologies like Jenkins, GitHub, etc.

Strong experience in project management as well as change and release management
-
Very good experience in running a delivery roadmap and resource planning
Education and skills required:

Higher Education in Computer Science (University, University of Applied Sciences or equivalent diploma)

Very strong communication and planning skills

Very good German and English language skills (written and verbal)

Strong team player with funded experience on leading teams

Customer oriented with focus to support an organisation in developing and providing solutions

Very good understanding of software lifecycle and its operational management
-
Very high level on self-motivation to drive initiatives and initiating changes
-
Willingness to bring in new ideas and initiate changes
