You will be in charge of the marketing strategy and its implementation. You report to one of the partners and work closely with the entire what. team, especially client-facing team members and partners.
You are responsible for driving and implementing the overall marketing strategy, focusing on achieving key growth targets and boosting brand visibility. You’ll manage digital content, ensuring brand consistency across all materials and channels while keeping the website and online presence up to date.
You’ll collaborate with team members and partners to improve key web pages, maintain SEO, and oversee the development of important brand assets. Managing external communication is a key part of your role, including newsletters, social media posts, press releases, and major announcements. You’ll also lead the organization of events like meetups and client engagements to strengthen relationships within our network.
In this role, you’ll implement CRM processes, manage client communications, and ensure data quality is maintained. You’ll also support internal communication to reinforce the company's mission and values.
Proven experience in crafting marketing strategies and their successful implementation, with a focus on brand growth, lead generation, and content management.
Strong understanding of KPIs and growth targets, with the ability to drive metrics like website traffic, social media engagement (especially on LinkedIn), and NPS scores.
Experience in brand management, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials, with the ability to maintain and update brand guidelines.
Skilled in website management, ensuring up-to-date, SEO-optimized content in multiple languages (English and German) and a modern design approach.
Proficiency in CRM systems with the ability to automate workflows, manage client communications, and oversee data quality.
Event planning expertise, capable of organizing meetups, launch parties, and client events, while managing logistics, promotion, and speaker recruitment.
Content creation expertise on LinkedIn, with a track record of increasing engagement and follower growth.
Project management and coordination skills, with the ability to lead teams, manage tasks, and control budgets to deliver high-quality work on time.
Experience with Google Office tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) to manage workflows, data, and presentations efficiently.
Ideally located in Europe, with the flexibility to travel to Zurich as required.
Excellent spoken and written either in English and German is a requirement.
