Within this position you will set the path into the future for the facility management team. This includes the initialization of a major digital transformation, the drafting of a new facility management tender and the development of a sustainable facility management organization.
- Lead the facility management teams in Zürich and Basel and serve as Deputy to the property managers;
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues across Zürich, Basel, and Geneva;
- Responsible for strategic and operational facility management including budget;
- Drive the sustainability transformation using and developing our ESG compass tool further;
- Concept Development: Create and implement strategies for sustainability, mobility, digitalization, and process optimization.
- Collaborate with providers to develop a sustainable FM-organisation;
- Assess the current FM setup and service levels to draft a comprehensive new facility management tender;
- Actively lead provider steering initiatives;
- Support and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Facility and/or Real Estate Management
- 5+ years of professional experience in facility management or related
- Experience in managing complex or challenging projects
- Strong experience in provider management and FM mandates
- Familiarity with building codes, accessibility regulations and other relevant constraints in the field of real estate
- Great social and communication skills
- Favor of a “hands-on” approach
- Very good spoken and written German and English skills, French knowledge is of advantage
