The Undergraduate School at EHL oversees the academic journey of bachelor’s students, ensuring a high-quality educational experience rooted in hospitality excellence. It manages curriculum development, academic support, and student engagement throughout the program. The department works closely with faculty and industry partners to align learning with real-world expectations. The Student Experience Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall student experience of the campus by providing comprehensive support and services that foster academic success, personal growth, and extracurricular engagement. The Student Experience Manager and its team has a close relationship with the students from Graduate and Undergraduate, to engage them and understand their needs. The Student Experience Manager’s goal is to ensure a high-level student experience and provide development solutions. You will work closely with the HBS Director of Operations to develop and implement initiatives that extend support beyond academics. T he Student Experience Manager is dedicated to creating a vibrant and enriching student experience , ensuring a seamless and engaging journey for all students.
What will you do?
- Oversee Extracurricular Programs by managing student committees, ambassadors, certification opportunities and onboarding of new students across the campuses and at all levels.
- Managing the team with Student Experience and Project Coordinators, ensuring high-quality program & experience delivery.
- Collaboration closely with various EHL departments and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive and impactful student experiences.
- Develop and implement KPI’s and strategies to enhance student engagement, retention, and satisfaction in collaboration with the HBS Director of Operations.
- Monitor budgets, and ensure guidelines are up-to-date.
- Collect and analyze feedback to assess the impact of initiatives and drive continuous improvement and development.
- Provide Student Support and visibility across campus. Act as a point of contact for students experiencing difficulties in their out-of-class activities.
- Participate in taskforces and non-academic disciplinary commissions to share expertise and feedback on key initiatives.
Who you are?
- You have a bachelor degree, a master is a nice to have.
- You have 7 to 10 years of professional experience, with experience working in an academic and/or customer facing environment.
- You have experience in event organization and planning.
- You have excellent IT skills (MS office, CANVA).
- You have strong leadership and people management skills.
- You have proven experience managing budgets.
- You have excellent organizational skills to oversee multiple programs and priorities simultaneously.
- You are process-oriented with a proactive, decision-making, and solution-driven mindset.
- You have a good understanding of student perspective / needs.
- You have respect for confidentiality and professional boundaries when dealing with sensitive matters.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- You are fluent in French and English (C1).
