Ihre Aufgaben:
- Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Wohn-, Geschäfts- und Industriebauten in der Planung und Realisation als Allrounder*in
- Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern, Behörden und Ämtern
- Leiten des Planungsteams mit Koordination der Fachplaner
- Organisation und Bearbeitung der CAD-Modelle, Plandaten und Dateien
- Planbearbeitung von der Projektentwicklung bis zur Fertigstellung im Team
- Unterstützen der Bauleitung oder Wahrnehmen der Bauleitung je nach Bedarf
- Einhalten und Überwachen von Anforderungen und Zielvorgaben
Ihr Profil:
- Grundausbildung Baubranche mit Weiterbildung als Architekt*in oder Bautechniker*in
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von Planungsteams
- Erfahrung in der Ausführungs- & Detailplanung
- Interesse an der Realisierung und Umsetzung
- Zielgerichtete, exakte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Flexibilität
