The Group Product Director for Immunology Channel Marketing is accountable for the leadership and development of channel specific strategies within Health Systems, Supergroups, Infusion Service Providers and In-Office Infusion Suites for the Immunology Portfolio, inclusive of the Gastroenterology, Rheumatology and Dermatology franchises. The candidate will lead a team responsible for portfolio solutions that include developing marketing strategies, shaping economic contracting recommendations, addressing evolving healthcare marketplace needs, designing & gaining approval of promotional materials, monitoring and elevating brand performance and helping to optimize field training for the Integrated Account teams.
This individual will work closely with multiple functions including Brand Marketing, Integrated Account Field Teams, Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions (PECS), Strategic Customer Group (SCG), Field Sales, Medical Affairs, Real World Value and Evidence, and external partners in order to effectively develop and deliver on key access strategies and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, retain and motivate a high-performance marketing team in a fast-paced environment
- Develop and execute Channel specific marketing strategies, positioning, messaging and tactics to drive performance of J&J Immunology portfolio products
- Ensure strong partnership with Integrated Account Teams (IAT), Peer Marketers and PECS to deliver optimum clinical, operational and economic value propositions for key franchise stakeholders
- Work closely with internal partners to translate data into meaningful insights that shape business strategy
- Partner closely with the Strategic Customer Group to develop channel specific pricing recommendations and deliver innovation with C&D Suite IAT Stakeholders
- Build relationships and work effectively with external agencies and key internal partners to ensure prioritized successful tactical execution
- Partner with legal, medical, regulatory, HCC, and CPC partners to obtain approval of marketing and contracting materials
- Demonstrate strong strategic and operational planning excellence to ensure proactive and timely cross-functional plans; Responsible for Channel specific Business Plan, tactical channel marketing plan, and management of Channel BME budget
